I was in pain and contacted Synergy Medispa based on their reviews. They did not disappoint. Tracy, the owner, knew exactly what treatment would help and got me in quickly for a lactic glycolic peel. After the treatment, I had questions, and Tracy responded with further advice. Shaiena, who performed my peel, made me feel comfortable from the start, helped manage any pain, and was attentive and easy to talk to. Tracy is a certified medical aesthetician, skincare specialist, and laser technician/instructor. She trained with Dr. Billick, chief of dermatology at the Jewish General, is also a licensed naturopath, and an educator for the Biophora skincare line. I’m using the Sen-Citric 10% product, and it is a lifesaver for my condition.I will only go to synergy Medispa for any skincare related treatments going forward. Highly recommend

I had one round of Elos laser treatment with Tracy to get rid of some age spots on my face. The results after just one treatment were stunning. Tracy even got rid of a birth mark that I thought I would be stuck with forever. Very friendly and professional staff. I saw Tracy for my hyperpigmentation and severe malasma. I had very dark spots from sun damage (sunstache lol). I’m not much of a person who writes reviews unless the business deserves to be praised. So I have never been to a professional spa / treatment center before coming to this one, and even though I was using high-end brands, my skin looked really bad so I was literally putting makeup on everyday. The acne started spreading down to my neck, and I couldn’t bear it anymore. I started researching businesses that specialize in skincare. I found Synergy MEDISPA and booked an appointment with them. I felt welcome right away. A consultation was done and to my surprise, she knew what was happening with my skin right away, without even touching it. I proceeded with a treatment she recommended and the results were shown RIGHT AWAY, after one session. It hasn’t completely cured every single issue, but wow, what a start! Needless to say, I will absolutely be going back and purchasing many sessions. In fact, I’m booked for next week. I ditched all those high-end brands I was using (Declare, la Roche-Posay, Uriage, Avene…) and trusted Synergy MEDISPA enough to purchase the products they recommended… all I can say is… I’m astonished. It’s been exactly a week since I’ve had the treatment and since I’ve been using their products, and yes I do have some fading acne scars, but I feel so confident in my NEW skin that I don’t wear makeup, my skin is glowing and I actually get compliments on it! I was and still am so pleased with the professionalism, the extensive knowledge and the high quality customer service. Just knowing that they are one call away for any questions is so reassuring. I am SO happy with their Laser Hair Removal treatments! I've struggled with really bad facial hair for over 25 years now and have tried many different treatments. I'm happy to say that this has been the best result I've ever experienced. And Bahareh is so pleasant, welcoming, gentle and quick!! She really seems to care about her clients and I always feel like I've left with a really personal experience (she even checks in on me the next day to see if there were any effects and if I'm okay)! It's so nice to receive such wonderful customer service. The prices are extremely reasonable. And the system used for making reservations is fantastic...it's easy to change my appointment online at my own convenience if necessary. It's very user friendly, and amazing for my not-so-easy schedule (I often only have time to make such appointments once the day is long done and most places of business are closed & not able to answer phones). I am SO happy with their Laser Hair Removal treatments! I've struggled with really bad facial hair for over 25 years now and have tried many different treatments. I'm happy to say that this has been the best result I've ever experienced. And Bahareh is so pleasant, welcoming, gentle and quick!! She really seems to care about her clients and I always feel like I've left with a really personal experience (she even checks in on me the next day to see if there were any effects and if I'm okay)! After the treatment, I had questions, and Tracy responded with further advice. Shaiena, who performed my peel, made me feel comfortable from the start, helped manage any pain, and was attentive and easy to talk to. I’m not much of a person who writes reviews unless the business deserves to be praised. So I have never been to a professional spa / treatment center before coming to this one, and even though I was using high-end brands, my skin looked really bad so I was literally putting makeup on everyday. The acne started spreading down to my neck, and I couldn’t bear it anymore. I started researching businesses that specialize in skincare. I found Synergy MEDISPA and booked an appointment with them. I felt welcome right away. A consultation was done and to my surprise, she knew what was happening with my skin right away, without even touching it. I proceeded with a treatment she recommended and the results were shown RIGHT AWAY, after one session. It hasn’t completely cured every single issue, but wow, what a start! Needless to say, I will absolutely be going back and purchasing many sessions. In fact, I’m booked for next week. I ditched all those high-end brands I was using (Declare, la Roche-Posay, Uriage, Avene…) and trusted Synergy MEDISPA enough to purchase the products they recommended… all I can say is… I’m astonished. I’m not much of a person who writes reviews unless the business deserves to be praised. So I have never been to a professional spa / treatment center before coming to this one, and even though I was using high-end brands, my skin looked really bad so I was literally putting makeup on everyday. The acne started spreading down to my neck, and I couldn’t bear it anymore. I started researching businesses that specialize in skincare. I found Synergy MEDISPA and booked an appointment with them. I felt welcome right away. A consultation was done and to my surprise, she knew what was happening with my skin right away, without even touching it. I proceeded with a treatment she recommended and the results were shown RIGHT AWAY, after one session. It hasn’t completely cured every single issue, but wow, what a start! Needless to say, I will absolutely be going back and purchasing many sessions. In fact, I’m booked for next week. I ditched all those high-end brands I was using (Declare, la Roche-Posay, Uriage, Avene…) and trusted Synergy MEDISPA enough to purchase the products they recommended… all I can say is… I’m astonished. It’s been exactly a week since I’ve had the treatment and since I’ve been using their products, and yes I do have some fading acne scars, but I feel so confident in my NEW skin that I don’t wear makeup, my skin is glowing and I actually get compliments on it! I was and still am so pleased with the professionalism, the extensive knowledge and the high quality customer service. Just knowing that they are one call away for any questions is so reassuring. I am SO happy with their Laser Hair Removal treatments! I've struggled with really bad facial hair for over 25 years now and have tried many different treatments. I'm happy to say that this has been the best result I've ever experienced. And Bahareh is so pleasant, welcoming, gentle and quick!! She really seems to care about her clients and I always feel like I've left with a really personal experience (she even checks in on me the next day to see if there were any effects and if I'm okay)! It's so nice to receive such wonderful customer service. The prices are extremely reasonable. And the system used for making reservations is fantastic...it's easy to change my appointment online at my own convenience if necessary. It's very user friendly, and amazing for my not-so-easy schedule (I often only have time to make such appointments once the day is long done and most places of business are closed & not able to answer phones). Thank you SO much for your service! Please consider using them, you won't be disappointed!

I was in pain and contacted Synergy Medispa based on their reviews. They did not disappoint. Tracy, the owner, knew exactly what treatment would help and got me in quickly for a lactic glycolic peel. After the treatment, I had questions, and Tracy responded with further advice. Shaiena, who performed my peel, made me feel comfortable from the start, helped manage any pain, and was attentive and easy to talk to. Tracy is a certified medical aesthetician, skincare specialist, and laser technician/instructor. She trained with Dr. Billick, chief of dermatology at the Jewish General, is also a licensed naturopath, and an educator for the Biophora skincare line. I’m using the Sen-Citric 10% product, and it is a lifesaver for my condition.I will only go to synergy Medispa for any skincare related treatments going forward. Highly recommend

Very friendly and professional staff. I saw Tracy for my hyperpigmentation and severe malasma. I had very dark spots from sun damage (sunstache lol).
