Tracy Desmarteaux

Owner, Head Medical Aesthetician, Senior Educator, NP (ANN/NAN)

Tracy Desmarteaux is a powerhouse in the medical esthetics industry. She is the head medical aesthetician and owner of Synergy Medispa. She is also the owner and head trainer of medical esthetic procedures and technologies at Académie Synergy Medispa (a medical aesthetic training center Certified by APESEQ: Association des Professionnels en Électrolyse et Soins Esthétiques du Québec). Adding to this impressive list of enterprises, she is also a trained naturopath certified by the National Association of Naturopaths, NP (ANN/NAN). Tracy’s beautiful career as a Medical Esthetician started with Dr. Robin Billick, Chief of Dermatology at Montreal’s Jewish General Hospital. He recognized Tracy’s passion and potential for greatness in medical aesthetics. He took her under his wing, mentored and trained her for over five years. Now, over twenty years later, Tracy has trained with top plastic surgeons and is certified in every kind of advanced medical aesthetic treatment to come to market. She has been called to test new treatments with leading companies and professionals. With this experience, she knows which technologies are the safest and most effective. Her linear evolution with technological advancements has made her a leading expert in the field. She has not only earned the trust and respect of her clients, but that of her peers and leading industry professionals. She is renowned throughout Quebec and across Canada for her expertise.

As a trained and certified medical aesthetician and Naturopath, Tracy has honed the skills of active listening, assessing, and prescribing the ideal treatment protocols for her clients. Every client is treated with the utmost care and respect. Tracy endeavors to keep her clients informed of all aspects of the treatment protocols she recommends. She believes understanding fosters trust and confidence in her, the treatment and in the expected results. In 2010, Tracy became Biophora's Quebec lead medical training expert. Two years later, she was appointed as the Senior Educator for all of Canada. She trains medical aesthetic professionals, including doctors, nurses and medical aestheticians on the full knowledge of the Biophora medical skin care line, as well as how to perform advanced facial peels for all skin types and conditions. She is also a mentor for aesthetic spa owners who want to grow their businesses into new branches of care.

Tracy’s mission is to help as many people as possible to become the best versions of themselves and discover their inner and outer beauty. She appreciates and understands the magnitude of a good self-image. It raises self-confidence and self-esteem. When a person feels happy and comfortable in their own skin, everything in their lives improves. Tracy believes everyone deserves to look good, feel good and be happy.

  • Maria Polideras

    Medical Aesthetician

    Prior to embarking on her Esthetics education, Maria was working at a job she loved. However her passion has always been in health and wellness and particularly in skin case.

    Maria is a licensed medical aesthetician who completed her studies at Beauté Laser Ladouceur Inc in 2021 and specializes in Advanced Facial Peels, Dermaplaning, Laser Hair Removal, and Body Sculpting.

    Maria’s goal is to make people feel good about themselves with proper skin care treatments and at home care. Her career as an Esthetician allows her to truly impact someone’s life just by spending the time with them and allowing them to unwind, decompress and feel good about doing something for themselves. She thrives on educating her clients not only with an optimal personalized treatment plan, but one that includes a proper home care routine……a key element that Maria’s experience has taught her is the most important part of taking care of your skin and obtaining results.

    Maria recognizes the importance of keeping abreast of the latest products and technology within the skin care industry and continues to further her formal education.

  • Shaeina De Santis

    Shaeina has known she was going to be a aesthetician since the age of 10 years old, now at the age of 26, Shaeina has been an aesthetician for over 4 years and a Medical Aesthetician for over 2 years.

     

    Prior to her esthetics career, she got a business degree in Marketing and Management, but her passion for all things beauty and making people feel beautiful allowed her to expand her education, and graduated from Gordon Robertson Beauty Academy.  Then shortly after did her medical esthetics certification at New Age Academy. Shaeina does a wide variety of services, from; nails, sugaring, lashes, brows, microneedling, facials, chemical peels, laser and body sculpting, she can do it all! 

     

    Shaeina’s goal is to make everyone feel beautiful and confident in their own skin!
